狱中警察的亲人曾受刘诚慷慨施药，于是请来年轻律师蓝小芊（钟欣桐饰）帮刘诚洗脱罪名。可惜彭四用钱疏通关系，决心要将刘诚置之死地。蓝小芊买通刽子手，希望能在行刑时放走刘诚。
刘诚回到自己的故乡，发现祖屋被毁，妻子女儿过着人不似人的生活。后来，刘诚才被早已发生在自己身上的事吓倒。
